    Food Stuffs
  • 4 lbs Pork Butt
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 cups BBQ Sauce
    Seasonings
  • rib rub
    Equipment
  • slow cooker
  • measuring cup
  • mixing bowl
    Steps for Completion
  1. Season the pork with your second favorite rib rub.
  2. Put the pork in the slow cooker with the beef broth and pineapple juice. Cook for 8 hours.
  3. Take the pork out and shred it with forks.
  4. Put the juice from the slow cooker into a mixing bowl. Skim the fat from the top because there will be a lot.
  5. Pour your favorite BBQ sauce into another mixing bowl. Add the juice to the BBQ sauce a little at a time until it gets to the flavor and consistency that you want. You can also use some flour to thicken it. Use this when you eat the pork.
